What process? The company will call you, and you deal with someone who will swear they have an open, honest, communicative company policy. They say they will contact you soon, within one week or two weeks. Maybe they will give you an exact day to expect a reply from.
You will not hear a reply. I am not the only person who didn't hear back. People apply, they talk to you, say they will call back, and never do. I applied and actually got called back due to a mix up of thinking I was a new and different applicant. When I mentioned it had been a month of no response even with a follow-up, they said they would 'look into it'. They never called back.
They are fishing for information for salary range and information on nearby developers and companies. And they are liars. Avoid this company, it's a waste of time to apply.
