rounds of interview, the HR was very kind and professional, so were the PMs and head of PMO. But it was very frustrating to understand only after passing the last round of tech interviews successfully (and while I have been told to put my other offers on hold ) that the company management has changed their mind and are no longer looking for candidates of my level.

what was your biggest mistake? how did it affect your work? have you had experience working with backend developers? how do you approach a team member who refuses to work or deliver something on time?
I had an initial interview. The interview did not turn the camera on and was not exactly sure what they are looking for, so it was not the best experience

Overall I had more then 4 interviews, each of these were re-scheduled for at least once or twice.
I've found them kind and enjoyed all the questions asked, but at the same time I was worried about re-scheduling part. And I was right... Just at the end of last inetrview some manager named Levon entered the room with smirk on his face and asked a question totally not related to the position I was applying to. Fortunately, they decided not to proceed and I was very happy, as working with unserious and not professional people is a hell.

Q: Statistical probability question on deck of cards: to approve theory about cards having two sides: if vowel on one side, an even number is on the other side.
Suppose each card has a number on one side and a letter on the other. Which of these cards are worth turning over if you want to know whether the statement "if vowel on one side, an even number is on the other side" is false?
