Met with the Head of Design and the Head of Product - wonderful meetings and I really liked them both! Then I met with the Head of Digital, who clearly had not read my resume or any of the materials I provided. She was extremely condescending, and spent 45 minutes trying to bully me once she realized I had eclipsed her 8 years ago in my previous role as Head of Digital. The Head of Digital sent feedback after our interview saying I was more than capable of doing the job, then explicitly stated she would not be making an offer due to my disability. I have never been treated so poorly or so rudely by a person, especially one representing the company at a high level. I am shocked at the blatant discrimination.
