Get that virtual interview scheduler out of there. That boy makes people miss interviews or it causes confusion and wastes everyone’s time by canceling interviews or scheduling things when those interviews were already in placd

A time when I assisted a customer…. The regular “ printed off google but are company policy interview questions”
Short, I was hired one the spot after talking to a regional manager. The questions were easy, asked if I had a degree, and any prior experience in lending. Prepped me for what the position entails.
Was amazing did job shadow as well making sure I knew what they were about as well as making sure I was the right fit. Working for them now absolutely amazing company and enjoying my experience so far
