I went to my campus career fair where I talked to the district manager. One month later I got a call to come in and interview. It was a very casual interview and mostly conversational. Most of the interview he was trying to get a gauge for what my personality was like.

Engaging and interesting. The information for business case was clear and the interviewer guides you through the interview. Interesting business cases that are intuitive but require math. Prepare mental math ability and think out loud.

Applied in the fall of 2018. I had two phone interviews and the final decision was made within a week. The interviews were basic. Both interviews were behavioral, the first with a recruiter and second with the supervisor.
