This was one of the most unprofessional experiences that I’ve had with a recruiter. He scheduled the interview and didn’t show up. I emailed him 5 minutes in and didn’t receive a response and then emailed at the end of our scheduled time. I heard from him at the end of the day saying he had spoken with the hiring manager and they wanted someone with more experience with a specific system. I’m totally okay with this, but at the very least the recruiter should email the candidate immediately.

It was the first round of the interview and was a Case Study Interview where they gave me three hypothetical marketing methods (calls, emails, physical mail) and gave me scenarios and asked me questions around it.
