Had a phone interview and was told that I would hear back the following week at the latest. Didn't hear anything so I sent a follow up email the next week after I was suppose to hear back. No response. Two days after that I received and email, with no apology for the delay or even referencing my follow up email from a couple of days prior, informing me that I was selected for next steps in the process. I replied with excitement and asked if it would be in person or over the phone, as I would need to accommodations with my current employer for an in person meeting. I never heard back after that. Considering all the negative reviews I suppose it's a good thing that they were flaky.
