A quick moving interview process to distract you from all the questionable things going on around you. Comes off intimidating at first, but it was pretty easy. The office is the smallest I've ever seen and it is shared with 5 other companies somehow....
First interview was 10 minutes long, if that long, and the person does not ask you about your skills or anything. Just describes what the role would be. Then make you come in again another day where they explain the job again in more depth, again not really asking about you. They also outline the pay, which seems good until you think about it. You'd have to work Saturday mornings, over 60 hours a week, and will make around $5-$10 per hour. You are promised, however, that in a few short months you can be making $100k-$150k a year through career progression. Sounds a little too good to be true.
