If you really looking for job change then don't apply. They are just wasting your time. Call will come and your all salary expectations would be accepted. You have to give one online test.Basic online test good for 2 years of experience. I applied for senior position so I cleared that. Then one interview would be scheduled. Basic nodejs questions would be asked. I asked for the feed back on same call to interviewer by asking Candidate:do I need to work on any specific topic,am I lacking somewhere? Interviewers: No need, you have done well.Everything is good. We would deploy you in blaah blaah projects. After the above conversation no updates for 2 days, they won't even mail you or update you. I gave a call to HR then reply from HR was you are rejected from the technical round. I asked to HR "why I got rejected, my interview was good " HR reply: you where not technically fit. I would never ever apply to such company and I am saved now bcz might be they take you on payroll and then also they can denied. As HR and technical panel I feel just taking interview for the sake to show the opening. So actual requirements I feel.
