"Give me an example of great customer service you gave or received"
CV handed in directly to the store I was applying to. Then in person interview, short proficiency exercise on the shop floor, and standard interview questions maybe ~1hour in total.

The interview process was a good process was quite straight forwards. The interviewer was friendly and helpful. Process was quick and didn’t drag out too long like some processes do.
