HR reached me through an email 2 days after I applied on Indeed. Scheduled an interview with Director 2 weeks after the initial conversation. Got a prompt feedback from HR that I cleared the first round. Scheduled 4 interviews for the following week and all of them were very easy with just basic questions. I received the feedback that I was not selected the next week. I have asked for the reason and HR emailed back saying that there were candidates who were more experienced than me. I don’t understand why HR scheduled 4 rounds of interview in prior and I had to attend all of them to know if I’m qualified or not. Waste of time to attend the interview and this process needs to be improved.
