Interview process...extensive. Took almost two months. Training/interviewing in NYC followed by training/interviewing in Miami.

I had to memorize a script and deliver it live via Zoom. I was told to stop and start it, change my tone, speed, etc. as I was delivering it. That was the biggest part of the interview process. That and they want to be sure you can sell, so they'll ask you to sell them something via Zoom.
