      I applied online via LinkedIn. The Talent specialist reached out to me via LinkedIn to schedule a meeting. She was almost 10 minutes late to the call, and spoke so quickly it felt like she was reading to me. I didn't feel like there was much engagement with me.

We strive to provide a positive candidate experience throughout every phase of our interview process, and I am very sorry that we missed the mark with yours. The expectation is that we are timey for all of our interviews. I will work with the Talent Acquisition team to make they are following best practices.

      I was contacted a recruiter via LinkedIn and asked if I was interested in a phone screen. I think this company is a great example of a company remembering the interview process works both ways. I was sent the wrong job description multiple times and their scheduling calendar didn't work. I've interviewed for this position a lot with various companies so I know how the conversation should go more or less. Onbe's recruiter was definitely the quirkiest I'll say that. The questions I was asked for the amount of experience they required (5 years) didn't align, as in they were a bit amateurish and would have been more suited for someone entry level. Ex: have you ever had goals you needed to reach? The recruiter also would not answer my basic questions about the role, as in they said I know the answer but I'm not going to tell you I'll leave that to the hiring manager. They said that multiple times which was very odd. They also rudely asked more or less why I still didn't have a job after being laid off. I knew from that point this was not the place for me. Also the salary is at least 30k less than other comparable roles so not competitive at all. Very rarely in an interview do I decide halfway through it this isn't the job for me, but I knew with this places lack of professionalism and bad first impressions they were a red flag. I stopped trying midway through the interview.

      Entretien

      I had initial interview with the recruiter, then 3 separate additional interviews. Each interview were 30 minutes long. Interviewed with 2 managers, 1 of them being a direct report and 3rd interview with an Implementation Manager(colleague). All were pleasant with fair questions in regards to my experiences, skills and expectations as it related to position.
