recruiter contacted me regarding sales opportunity. great conversation. all the boxes checked. spoke with sales manager. again great. then told by recruiter that they already have someone late stage in the mix for the role...then why even contact me initially and waste my time. unprofessional, bate/switch experience

Went through a battery of interviewers, both in and out of department. Went to the office and sat down with 6 different people to interview, from the CRO, Sales Managers, to CS leadership.
