Entretien
I applied online for a server position. I was called within the next few days by their FOH manager and had an interview a couple days later. My interview was held in the dining room during a slow period. The manager was a nice guy but he wasn't sure I'd be able to learn the menu and steps of service just through training. They thought I'd be a better fit for the kitchen and then maybe move to serving so the BOH manager offered me a job right then.
