They have you do an online intake questionnaire while in person as well as a math test to make sure you can do the basics of returning change if someone pays with cash.

It was quick, simple. Very straight forward. No critical thinking questions. They are looking for enthusiasm and friendliness. Sat down in a booth, and spoke with two different managers. People walking by said hello and were friendly.

Was very easy going and the managers were very nice and welcoming. Had to go through an onboarding process that was simple in teaching you how to train to become a server.
