I applies through email and received an email back for an interview. The interview took about 30 minutes. The usual questions about background were asked. We also talked about the job. After the interview, I was offered the position.

This company is a print distribution company and we worked on all aspects from proof through sales so the question asked were general questions about sales, printing and graphics.
