I met with the head machinist and he gave me a tour of the facility. He showed me around the entire company. There was a lot of time spent looking at the machines that the machine shop makes parts for. I was able to talk to another machinist working there about the job. We sat down to talk one-on-one in his office for a bit, then we met with HR and went over the standard personality questions.
