Met the hiring manager, sales rep and ceo. Each of them took there turn individually. Then they toured me around facility and out the door. Still very mom and pop so if one of them doesn’t like you you’re not getting the job. Very clique like approach versus sales results oriented (just my opinion).

Met with team and met with CEO. Company is very small and expects you to work long hours. Extremely clique as other user stated. If one of the interviewers does not like you for any reason, you don't have the job. The owner doesn't know what he wants or believe you are giving ideas for growth unless they are founded by him. The owner is more concerned about if you agree and follow his thoughts than if you are able to drive sales growth.
