I got an automatic email with a link to do some coding exercise. Few days later I got automatic rejection mentioning that my resume and code result were not a good fit. If my resume was not a good fit, why did you ask me to spend time on your stupid test ? Now , when I read the other reviews, it is obvious that you didn't even change it for the least 2-3 years. To say that the way how you treat your candidates is not respectful is understatement.
