Standard online application with CV and cover letter. Was invited to take 2 online reasoning tests, numerical and reasoning. You were given 2 days to complete it. Was difficult, only given 20 min.

Numerical was extremely difficult, 20min to do 30questions. Did not pass in the end. But they did say they will review both CV/CL together with the test results so it might not solely be due to my test results.

Entretien
First, we are given an AI interview with questions to answer on video. They only give 45 s to answer questions. Then there was a face-to-face interview, where it is 2 x 45 mins, where it is the same thing with 2 different people on seperate occasions.
First you take an online assessment. There are two rounds. First is one hour: half case, half behavioral. The first round is with younger analysts. Everyone was nice and supportive, also was on zoom.

R1: 30 min case 30 min behavioral. Case and behavioral weren’t difficult and seemed more like a vibe check.
R2: 2 x 30 min cases and 30 min behavioral (this interview was with much mkre Senior leadership)
