Entretien
The First round consisted of back to back 30 minute behavioral and case interviews. Second round (the "final" round) consisted of one 30 minute behavioral, followed by two back to back 30 minute cases.

- Describe the factors a hotel company might consider when implementing rewards program
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

Entretien
Pre-selection with one mini-case/brain teaser of 30 min. Overall, the case was testing both numerical reasoning and logics I would say. If you prepare the mini cases correctly you can pass.
Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?
