Submitted resume through university career site and heard back about a week later inviting me to a first round at the campus career center. 30 min case and 30 min behavioral interviews. Case was simple and case interviewer very nice and supportive throughout the case. Behavioral was straightforward - why consulting, why OW, etc. One of the people who interviewed me called me personally the next day to let me know that they were not inviting me to next round. Overall felt very good about the whole experience despite not getting an offer!

First, we are given an AI interview with questions to answer on video. They only give 45 s to answer questions. Then there was a face-to-face interview, where it is 2 x 45 mins, where it is the same thing with 2 different people on seperate occasions.
