I had a first phone interview, about 30 minutes with a recruiter. This was about 15-30 minutes just to go over some HR questions. I then had a 1 hour long phone interview scheduled about 3 weeks later. The first 30 minutes was a case interview and the second 30 minutes was a resume and behavioral interview with a second interviewer. The case interview was the hard part for me, i was able to solve a business case situation but the calculations part was a bit hard. You have to be able to justify your recommendations with accurate numbers, not just an estimate.

it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

Entretien
Pre-selection with one mini-case/brain teaser of 30 min. Overall, the case was testing both numerical reasoning and logics I would say. If you prepare the mini cases correctly you can pass.
Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?
