Applied online, got a test with a 48 hour deadline. Sat the test and heard back 1 month later that I will proceed to interviews. Scheduling interviews was a bit tricky and took time. Eventually I had 2 phone interviews in November, and 2 in-person interviews in their Dubai office with Partners. Heard back the day after that I will be receiving an offer and accepted it a week later.

Standard case and fit. Cases were diverse and challenging.
it was smooth but you need to work hard on your calculations skills, i failed in this part of the case because the calculator is not allowed and i had not familiarize myself with it before the interview but overall it was a good experience

Entretien
Pre-selection with one mini-case/brain teaser of 30 min. Overall, the case was testing both numerical reasoning and logics I would say. If you prepare the mini cases correctly you can pass.
Interviewers never attended on time. Rescheduled 7 times. Cases were easy relative to other firms. They dont take candidates very seriously so prepare for that. Personal questions include why OW?
