J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Oliver Wyman (Chicago, IL) en oct. 2016
Entretien
I applied through my university. The first round was a phone interview. Mostly behavioural questions, with a simple probability question.
The onsite was with the whole team. There were 4 interviews back to back, some focused on technical skills(excel problem, describe your approach to a hypothetical problem). Some focused on the personality/fit. One interview was especially interesting as it consisted fully of brain teasers(where good assumptions and strict logic will render most success). I enjoyed every bit of it.
Everyone I have met is super intelligent. The team in itself is very diverse(you can tell by the clear differences in the types of questions they asked)
I absolutely loved it.

Entretien
It was a 30-40 minutes behavioral interview via Zoom. The interviewer was really kind. Questions are basically about your availability for the position, your social skills, and your resume. They also asked me to elaborate the technique skills I listed in my resume.

Case type questions, a lot about your experience in programming and math, the interviewer was nice and helped when I got stuck in answering the question but I’m sure he was just trying to see how I processed a situation

Question 1
What’s the chances of a couple to have a daughter if they already have a son and two daughters?
Applied online. Had two rounds of interviews - phone interview, then on-site. Phone interview was relatively straight-forward. Some behavioral questions, probability questions, me introducing myself, etc. On-site was a bit overwhelming. Had 4 rounds of interviews.
