Standard consulting interview process — initial application, online assessment, first-round case + behavioral, final round with two cases and a partner conversation. The cases were market-sizing-shaped early, then more open-ended in the final round. They care about how you structure ambiguity more than whether you reach the "right" answer. Walk them through your thinking out loud. They'll redirect if you go off-track. Behavioral questions were standard — why consulting, why OW specifically, tell me about a time you led without authority. They push on specifics. Don't give them general answers. The partner round was conversational rather than evaluative — by that point they've decided. Treat it as relationship-building. Interview Question: How would you size the Australian market for electric scooters? Answer: Standard approach — population, urban density, addressable user base, willingness to pay, segment by ridership patterns vs. ownership. The structure matters more than the number.

The first part were two on-site same-day consecutive 45-minutes interviews with engagement managers, candidate-led cases with some behavioural questions as well. If selected to the second round, what followed was an online interview with a partner, mostly behavioural questions but also specific technical questions based on the feedback from the first round, in order to see if there was an improvement.
