Submitted my application off for the vacancy and I got a response 2/3 days later to set up a initial telephone interview. The telephone interview was very relaxed and the interviewer was lovely and made me feel as ease. The telephone interview lasted about 20 minutes and I was invited for a in person interview and booked in for a date the following week there and then. My interview was held at the Tottenham Court Road Store and was in a cafe around the area. I was interviewed by two people together which created a informal atmosphere which was great as we could chat and it wasn't so serious feeling. The interview went well lots of questions around my experiences in my current role, how I would handle situations and my personal values. This was around an hour but like I said it was a very chatty vibe. For the second part we headed over to the store to do a shop floor exercise where I had a little look round and found some things that were doing well and opportunities for improvement which was fine and then I had a talk through these with them and explained and then it was all done! In total lasted around 2 hours. I heard back the next morning so quick answer too.
