I went through multiple, intensive rounds of interviews at Oliv.ai, including a design task and multiple stakeholder calls. At each step, I was told I had been selected for the next round only to be ghosted afterward with no clear communication or closure. Eventually, I received an email saying that there was “no real reason” for rejection, but the team simply wanted to interview other candidates. The entire process felt disorganised and disrespectful of the time and effort candidates put in. There was no structure, timeline, or clarity throughout the journey and a lack of basic transparency. Please note, the interview process went on for 4 months because of lack of transparency and ghosting.
