I had a group interview consisting of 3 other people and myself. The Hiring Manger got to know us she talked about the company and what the company strive for and what they look for in employees. It was fairly easy process and helps to read a bit about the company before going in for an interview.

Over it went ok had an interview which was over the phone and then i had an in person one ended up not getting the role which was fine with me.
