J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Old Navy (Bloomington, IL) en oct. 2015
Entretien
Phone: relaxed and asked behavior based questions, the manager kept the phone interview very light and breezy so that I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable. She ended up being a very fun manager as well.
In person:
Very fun and relaxed, you do it in a team and play fun games to get to know each other. They also have open interviewing all day on National Interview Day (sometime in the fall every year). We all were given an event and we had to put an outfit together that we found in the store. We were also given a "tour" of the store before we started the activity. We also played the toilet paper roll game where you rip off as many pieces as you want and you have to give a fact about yourself depending on how many pieces you had (we didn't know this before we ripped em off so one girl ended up with about 10 facts!)

What is one thing that you have learned while being a student and employed at the same time?
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

Question 1
They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
