Entretien
Pretty easy to apply online, almost everyone get a call back. The hiring manager can vary in time to get back to applicants. A quick phone interview (basic information questions) are asked, then you are brought in with other applicants for a group interview. During this interview, the manager puts you on the sales floor to see if you approach customers and engage with them. They also ask you to create outfits showing merchandise knowledge. After the group interview, they call back those who "passed" and then have a 1:1 interview, where they usually let you know if you are hired.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
