Quick and easy. Called in for an interview after applying online. Large group interview at first. Asked questions see how you interact with strangers. Second is with the Manger or AsM. Called when hired a few days later

The questions are to see how you interact with people you don't know at all. Very customer focus driven.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
