I applied online. I was called about two days later to come in for a group interview. It was about 4 people and all of us were hired over the phone two days later. Overall it was very casual and easy to do.

Q: What is a problem you've faced in the past while in a group setting?
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
