Easy phone interview. Met with 3 rounds of people (5 total) in the cafeteria. Very bizarre as it was very busy, crowded and loud. Interviewers kept seeing people they knew and would look away to say hello. They used a lot of internal jargon that was very difficult to decipher. I often didn't understand the question as they were so vague and convoluted with their specific Old Navy vocabulary. All interviewers were nice enough, but the whole process felt like a throwaway for them from the beginning. it lasted about 1.5 hours.

Typical interview questions. The team really looks for potential and good culture fit. They don’t mind if you don’t have much experience if you show that you’re eager to learn.
