I'm not quite sure when I applied but I got a call one day for a very unexpected phone interview. Questions were fair and straight-forward I believe (listed below). Then was invited to a group interview scheduled a couple days later and also asked to bring something I'm passionate about.
It was a group of ~15 people. It was conducted in the break room, there were people coming and going throughout the whole process and introduced themselves, it wasn't terrible.
There was a short ice-breaker game. And then we were asked to talk about the thing we brought in. And afterwards we were to roll a die with whatever clothing item listed on each side, and whatever item we rolled on we had to go pick it out from the store and explain how we would sell it to a customer. Following that, there was ANOTHER die and it had random events listed on it (eg. job interview, dinner, etc) and we had to use our first item and create an outfit for that event and sell it.
After that she asked us if we had any questions and various people asked what they had to. And she said we'd get a call by the following night if we were selected. I got a call 2 hours later inviting me to a second interview. And the following day I got a call saying I was hired!
Personally I loved the interview it's very fun and you get to show your creative side and the activities they ask you to do take the stress of the interview off and you're just more relaxed and in a laid-back environment.
I'd say the interviews on here helped me a LOT. All you need to know is don't be super nervous!!

Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What's something you think will come back in fashion?
Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!

Applied online. I waited about 3 days then called them. Manager asked me to come in for an interview. They told me to bring an item that represents me.
