First interview was on phone phone then set an appointment for the audition. During the audition (interview) All applicants been asked to sit on their round table. Manager asked all applicants to tell something about themselves. All applicants was asked to talk about what they all have in common that's not job related. Manager asked us questions and we answered one by one. Then we walked through the whole store, Manager explaining the store layout and products. Went back to the back room. Last part was pick an outfit in the store then explain what's the outfit for. Manager said that they will run a background check and whoever will be picked will receive a call then whoever is not will receive an email.

Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!
