I applied for the job online and I heard back in about a week. The online application had the standard retail sales questions. Here's a tip: when asked about theft, always choose the harshest answer. If you see an employee stealing a pen, fire them, etc. The first interview took place super quickly over the phone, then I was invited for a second interview out on the sales floor with the standard interview questions. After that, I was invited back for a third interview which took place in a back office with the store manager. The third interview seemed more like a formality to me.

In addition to the standard interview questions (tell me about yourself, why do you want this job, etc.), be prepared to pick out an outfit and explain your choices.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
