It's a group interview of minimum of 2 people or a maximum of 6. Taken to the back. Introduce yourself, give brief description. Asked to find something from the store and sell it to everyone else in the interview room. Everyone everyone exits the backroom and you wait around for your one-on-one interview. That just consists on a few questions and one of them is "name a time when you had to do something hard that you were proud of".
