Manager was super friendly and made me not be so nervous. She showed me how to use the cash register and the official greeting. I felt right at home. She answered all of my questions too.

They asked me about Old Navy as a brand, remember that they are an established family outfitter. They asked me to put together an outfit for a certain occasion and tested my customer sales ability. Not a difficult process!

Friendly staff and management. Interview was fast. They explained the full hiring process and what a day would look like for me. Great location. There was two interview processes. It was easy to speak with management and other staff members.
