The interview process consisted of a phone interview with a recruiter who was great. The hiring manager phone interview was not positive. She was late to the phone interview and she was disengaged. This position has been open for 6 months and I don't think the hiring managers knows what she wants. This is the communication I received from someone internal who knows the hiring manager and recruiter.
