Quick and easy. They knew they wanted me before I sat down with management. The process was very easy. They didn't ask much outside of when I wanted to work and how often. They clearly knew what they wanted and just needed warm bodies on the sales floor.

I wore casual clothing - jeans with no holes, clean shoes, and a sweater. A manager asked me some questions in the middle of the store. It lasted about 5 minutes. It was very casual.

It was pretty easy. I had a phone interview which was good because I didn’t have to over prepare myself. Mainly they asked about things about your personality, which they like more than experience. I got hired on the spot.
