It's best to apply during the holiday season around October. There are just more job positions available and training to occur before the holiday rush. Causal interview. Very general questions. Managers understand it's your first job. You'll just need to be upbeat.

Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
