J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Old Navy (Toronto, ON)
Entretien
I applied online and got a call to come in for a group interview one week later. The interview was definitely very relaxed and fun. First we were asked "Why are you awesome?". We were then given a tour of the store. After, we were asked to bring an item and explain to the group why we are passionate about it. After that, we had a scavenger hunt around the store where we were asked to collect items and explain how they relate to Old Navy. We were finally asked to find an item in store, bring it back, and explain why we chose the item and how we would sell it to a customer. The store manager then gave us an overview of the store dynamics and asked if we had any questions.
My personal advice is definitely to browse the web for possible Old Navy interview questions in advance and make sure to speak up (be the 1st or 2nd person to volunteer to speak for each question). Do your research about the company so you can integrate it into your answers and be confident in your answers. I made sure to do this and came out feeling very confident that I got the job. Sure enough, I got a callback the same day asking about my availabilities and inviting me to the employee orientation.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

Question 1
They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
