Interview was fairly easy. It was a group interview in which they got to know everybody and what kind of personalities they had and what they would bring to Old Navy.

You were given a scenario and asked to go out on the floor and choose merchandise to create an outfit. Then after you are done you explain why you chose those particular items. This helped to get to know everyone's personal style.

Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans

Most of the interview was basic and what you would expect, but they did include a portion where you pretend to help customers looking for outfits/items for specific occasions and that makes it fun!

Applied online. I waited about 3 days then called them. Manager asked me to come in for an interview. They told me to bring an item that represents me.
