This is a great company to work for, initially a recruiter called and I iinterviewed first with the recruiter, then I interviewed with the store manager at the store location. The store manager was very professional and easy to interview with. Asked for a lot of examples of every question answered. Contacted me 2 days later to offer me a position.
Interview process is straight forward questions. If you have interviewed for anything retail related you will be fine. Basic skills, merchandising, leading ect. You may interview will the general manager or district manager

I was contacted by the store manager for an interview. I was asked to go to New Jersey to meet with the store manager for the first interview. I ended up meeting with two store managers who appeared to be very knowledgeable. When the store manager from the store that I applied to returned from vacation. I received an email at eight o'clock in the morning saying they were not moving forward. It just seems very unprofessional to send someone out of state, pay tolls, and not even valued enough for a phone call.
2 person interview with me and 1 other person side by side and the asked us basic manager questions. The interview only lasted about 40 mins or so. Not very time consuming
