Entretien
It was for seasonal hire. The manager sent out an email saying to come in for a job fair and screening would be done. First you're asked general questions about yourself. If you're susccessful you move to the second part. The second part was a group interview. They gave a tour of the store and the managers are there. After the tour the interview was a group interview. There was 7 of us. After the group interview if you make it, you have a second interview with the manager of the store. Was pretty easy. As long as you are smiling and positive and out going you can get the job.

Who is your best friend? What do you know about Old Navy? They ask you to bring in an item and why it is important to you.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
