I applied online, and the process took one week. I interviewed with the store manager, and the operations manager, and we spoke for roughly one hour about my past retail experiences, and what I've been doing career wise, and why I wanted to get back into retail. It was a very easy interview, and the folks I met with couldn't have been any nicer. Make sure you have a passion for retail, and are familiar with their products and brand.

They called me to give a interview. Met with the service and training manager, she asked really easy questions about my previous experience. She also have information about the old navy credit card, after that she told me to convince to apply for the credit card by talking about the benefits. I was offered a second Interview with the store manager. She went over similar questions and then she made me the offer. The company is focusing a lot I merxhandising so that is a plus/requirement.

You apply online and then get a phone call if they are hiring. Then you go through an "on-boarding" process that is ridiculous. They expect you to bring something in that is of value to you so you can share it. It is very cheesy. Also pointless.
