J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Old Navy (Chicago, IL) en janv. 2010
Entretien
filled out the application and was called over the manager phone for an interview and then asked to come into the store and a store manager and team lead pulled me into the office and just asked me formal questions like why did i want to work for the company and what do i like to do etc.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
no unexpected questions everything was pretty straight forward they were really nice and pleasant and very understanding to what my standards were and gave me options to what position i wanted to be in and what hours i was willing to work.
Very simple and friendly environment
The interview is definitely pretty straightforward and feels like a conversation once the tension at the start settles a bit. My interviewer especially liked when we avoided "um" and "i think" sort of phrases and instead really valued confidence.

The interview process was really easy they just asked how I was with customers and what clothes I liked and to pick out an outfit. They were super nice and also gave me a response right away on if I got the job
Good, it was smooth. It was nice and easy. I recommend the interview process. Great managers. The interview process includes submitting an application, completing screenings, meeting with hiring managers, answering job-related questions, demonstrating skills, and receiving feedback before final selection and onboarding decisions are made.
