I had an interview with my Store Manager for the first interview, and was passed along to the District Manager (now called Market Leader). The interview was pretty easy filled with typical questions. What do you know about this job? Why are you the best fit? What skills will help you be successful in your new role? Some questions were behavioral based, so a lot of tell me about a time when..etc. Overall, I though the interview process was fairly easy being an internal candidate.

Easy going interview. Very conversational rather than a formal interview. Some basic questions such as why Old Navy, why should I hire you, tell me about yourself. The interview was very enthusiastic about the company and the future of the company. Be excited about Old Navy and the interview will go well!
